As Head of Consulting Services, I provide consulting for Fotoware Veloz and Alto — helping customers design, implement, and optimize their systems so business objectives stay closely aligned with technical architecture, workflows, and governance best practices. I also lead the Professional Services team, guiding them in delivering both support and strategic direction.

Onboarding new customers
Onboard new customers by tailormade design and configuration of Fotoware matching their needs and requirements across technical and functional aspects.
Migration On‑Prem to SaaS (Fotoware)
Migration of Fotoware On‑Prem environment to Fotoware SaaS while ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and seamless transition of archives, metadata, and workflows to the cloud.
Operational improvement
Review and optimization of Fotoware system configuration, including data handling, usage, workflows and performance to ensure optimal operation, scalability, and user experience.
Metadata governance
Validation, design and enforcement of Fotoware metadata models, controlled vocabularies, and field governance to ensure consistent indexing, search accuracy, and long‑term data quality.
Autotagging
Design and implementation of Fotoware Autotagging using workflows and automations to improve metadata quality and asset discovery through AI‑based image analysis and tagging.
Integrations / API
Design and implementation of Fotoware API-based integrations to connect Fotoware with CMS, PIM, ERP, and other third-party systems for seamless data exchange and workflows.
Single Sign-On
Connect Fotoware with enterprise identity providers using SAML / Microsoft Entra ID to enable single sign-on and centralized access management for users.
Fotoware Reporting Services
Design and setup of Fotoware Reporting Services using Microsoft Excel or Power BI dashboards, covering asset usage, search, and workflow events to support operational and business decisions.
Complex workflows
Design and implementation of complex, end‑to‑end business workflows — asset/metadata-based automations and transformations — using Fotoware workflow modules Flow / Color Factory.
