Our story
Our past
We are proud to be a pioneer of the Digital Asset Management industry, starting life in Norway in the early 1990’s with a truly innovative solution for the media industry. Since then, our solutions have been adopted across other industries by companies wanting to solve the challenges of handling large volumes of media files and needing to increase the efficiency of their content workflows. In 2022, we acquired Swiss DAM provider Picturepark, which became part of The Fotoware Group, enabling us to offer even greater solutions for our customers.
Our present
Fotoware is a leading provider of Digital Asset Management and Content Operations platforms. We are proud that our solutions are used by organizations including Lindex, Marks & Spencer, The White House Historical Association, The Economist, Axel Springer, Sky, and many more. Today, Fotoware is a global company with a local presence in Europe, North America, South America, Oceania, and Asia. We are proud of our diverse and experienced team, which is full of the greatest minds in the industry.
Our future
What is next for Fotoware? We are passionate about Digital Asset Management and Content Operations and we are devoted to helping organizations all over the world to streamline content workflows, with cutting-edge technology and exceptional service. We will never stop innovating!
