Data Processors

This page lists all the Subprocessors FotoWare uses to run our software solution. To make it easier to understand which ones apply to you, we have split them between FotoWare as a Service (SaaS) and FotoWare On-Premises.

FotoWare as a Service

FotoWare provides users with a fully self-service Digital Asset Management system in the cloud. When a customer signs up for a FotoWare solution, the first choice to make is that of data center – i.e. where the data will be stored. FotoWare can be deployed in Microsoft Azure data centers in Europe WestUS EastGermany (German Cloud) and Australia East.

Customers in the EU will have their solution hosted in the EU West data center unless they explicitly choose otherwise.

FotoWare also uses several third-party solutions to provide services necessary for the FotoWare DAM offering. These sub-processors are listed below, with an explanation of what they are used for and the data we relay to them.
