Webinar The Reframe Project: How DAM Drives Inclusion and Diversity

Discover how a public image bank can support more accurate diagnosis and promote inclusion in healthcare.

Live on Thursday, January 29th, at 10.00 GMT / 11.00 CET

Healthcare is for everyone - but medical resources don’t always reflect that. The Reframe Project is changing the narrative by creating a searchable, open-access image database where gaps in minority representation in healthcare imagery are addressed.

The database is powered by Fotoware Veloz, and aims to provide professionals and the public diagnostic imagery representing people of under-represented ethnicities.

In our upcoming webinar, you'll hear from the people behind the initiative and receive real-time insights about the project, its ambition and process.

About the Reframe Project

The Reframe Project is a collaborative initiative between National Health Service (NHS) England and the University of the West of England (UWE), with the aim to improve diversity in medical photography.

With support and guidance from Medialogix, the Reframe Project have launched a scalable image database, featuring more than 3,000 photographs showing various conditions of different colored skin, as well as marketing images of healthcare professionals.
