How to get support

FotoWare offers support to customers with valid warranty or a Software Maintenance Agreement. The warranty period is 12-months from the purchase date, and includes e-mail support from your local partner.

 

Signing a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) is the best way to protect your FotoWare investment and stay up-to-date with updates and new versions from FotoWare. SMA customers are guaranteed a Next Business Day response. Please contact your local partner for support.

 

E-mail support

If you are an end-user of a FotoWare system, you should contact your local partner for support. Email support is offered free of charge to warranty and SMA customers.

 

If your FotoWare partner does not answer your correspondence you can contact support@fotoware.com for assistance.

 

Phone support

FotoWare's partners offer optional phone support at extra charge. Please contact your local partner for details.
