Reports module

The FotoWeb Reports module makes it possible to generate meaningful reports about the use and traffic on your system. 
It can be found in the Operations Center and is configured per site.

Custom reports

In addition to the standard reports, you can create your own custom reports and filter the data as you prefer. The data from these reports can be output in CSV, XML and HTML format. The CSV and XML ones are particularly useful if you need to export the data to an external system, for instance for invoicing purposes.

Standard reports

FotoWeb comes with four standard reports called Royalties, Sales, Searches and Uploads.

• The Royalties report helps you see which files are used in your workflow and where they originate. Hence, it can be very useful in paying your content sources based on usage.
• The Sales report gives you specific information about which files your users download or use in a workflow, and can be used for charging your users for the files they request. It also tells you which of your content providers are most sought after measured by the number of downloads.
• Searches monitors search activity and provides statistics on the most popular searches and, not least, the most popular searches that did not return any hits. This could be an aid in tagging your files differently to provide better, more accurate results.
• The Uploads report helps you see which archives users upload most files to and which users are most actively contributing to your archives.
