Collaboration tools
FotoWeb is an ideal tool for workgroups sharing the same assets. Users can create albums, which are collections of documents on the FotoWeb server. These albums can be shared with the other users in the system. Users can send links to these albums via email, or send the entire album as a contact sheet. A contact sheet is an HTML formatted email with all the thumbnails included.
The contact sheet can also be used by your administrative staff to proactively market your site, or assist users in finding what they are looking for.
