A Distribution Manager is able to transfer files both using the File Transfer Protocol (ftp) over tcp/ip connections, and between Windows shared network volumes or locally on a single server. It can even send files by email.

A Supporting Multi-Copy to up to 128 destinations and simultaneous ftp-transmissions, Distribution Manager is suitable for large scale file distribution to multiple destinations.

A Users all over your organization can easily access and use Distribution Manager’s services. To transfer a file, a user only needs to put the file in one of Distribution Manager's watched input folders to transmit it. Easily transfer entire websites, archives or other directory structures.
Q Which formats are supported by Distribution Manager?
A Distribution Manager is file independent, so it will transfer any file in the input folder.

Distribution Manager has also built in support for Macbinary, Binhex and ZIP conversion. It will pack Macintosh files in Macbinary format to preserve Macintosh file properties.
